Selin joined the InterSearch family as a Junior Researcher following her graduation and has since grown into a key team member. Throughout her tenure, she has supported consultants across a wide range of industries and functions, contributing to numerous successful executive search projects. 

Since the beginning of 2025, she has been working directly with Mr. Algan as Lead Researcher, playing a critical role in candidate identification, market mapping, and talent intelligence. 

Selin holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from Dogus University and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Gelisim University. She is fluent in English and brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal insight to her work.
